Ticket notification emails will now include the email of the person who originally submitted the ticket.
We’ve added a new feature for Rule the World customers that enables you to set a fixed amount for affiliate commissions.
We've added a link from automations pages that lets you quickly see all the contacts that have been in the automation.
When using Twitter fields in an interpolation, you can now add _plain
to output just the Twitter handle (@UserName) instead of a link to the Twitter account. You could previously only do this on URL and phone fields.
You can now add a 'track' parameter to the list signup forms on your site, so you can see where your subscribers are coming from.
Starting this month, we've been tracking whether affiliate clicks are unique or repeats. You can now see stats for unique clicks for your affiliate programs.
You can now pre/post-date your blog posts
When editing a blog post that is published, you'll now see an extra field that allows you to specify when the post was published at.
Note: If you want to schedule a published blog post for a future date, you'll have to first unpublish the blog post (set its publish status to "Draft").

- Many new customizations to the blog post feed itself, including changing what metadata appears, how posts are arranged (grid/single column), how category list is displayed, and more!
- To try it out, go to the admin page for your blog and click "Edit blog template".
You can now change the sender name, email, and reply to fields on a newsletter by clicking on "Override sender".

Many countries have reduced tax rates for certain kinds of products, like e-books. We've added the ability for you to change the tax rate on a per-country, per-product level. To add overrides, go to your product's Configure tab, and click the 'Per-country overrides' link in the 'Tax settings' section.
You can now choose whether times and will be entered and displayed in a 12-hour format or a 24-hour format. Make your choice in Account Settings.
We have added the list of opt-ins for an affiliate under a new opt-ins tab while viewing the affiliate contact.
