The Simplero Changelog: Here's what we've been up to...

When assigning a pipeline stage to an idea or using the Move to Stage action, you'll now see a simple dropdown showing each stage in order with its color highlighted — no more multi-step picker.

Members can now pause eligible subscriptions for configured durations and resume automatically or manually from their purchase page.

By default we generate AI summaries when adding a transcribed video or audio to the lesson content. You can turn that off in the Settings Media files page. If you are not so keen on this feature and happen to be late disabling it, you may have a bunch of lessons showing generated AI summaries.

You can now delete AI generated summaries for all lessons in bulk using the action under the 3 dots menu on the top right corner of the course.

Duplicating an event will now also duplicate any triggers attached to it.

Store credits section when the contact has Store credit balance. Easier to keep track of them now.

Your profile settings page now has tooltips explaining that hiding your location only affects how your location appears in your profile — it does not remove you from the member directory or affect your ability to use member-to-member chat. Chat settings are independent of profile and location visibility.

You can now hide even more menu items under More to keep your navigation clean. Hold down the Option key (Alt on Windows) while a menu is open to quickly show all hidden items.

Selecting a bot tier for a bot source will now show just the selected tier name - before it showed the bot name (and the tier name if you had multiple).

Added ability to link to order form that show up in a sidebar. In the page builder, on the button element, when you pick the 'Order form...' action, you can now pick the style - 'Popup' (what we have today) or 'Sidebar'. Link pickers also have option to link to the sidebar order form now.

When mentioning someone on an idea, forum post, or course lesson, the suggestion list now shows people who are already part of the conversation first — the poster, commenters, and people who reacted — with labels so you can quickly find the right person. Staff members are also labeled. Badge and group mentions now show their emoji for easier recognition.

When you move a course module to a different course on the same site, all internal links pointing to that module or its lessons are now automatically updated across your pages, blog posts, forum posts, comments, and other content.

Fixed a bug where you were not able to create installment to be due exactly on the course start date (0-day delay)

Fixed an issue where voice recordings weren’t included when sending a chat when starting a new conversation. They now attach and send correctly.

You can now choose which automations are pre-selected when creating new Events and Scheduling links. Go to Settings > Content > Events to set your defaults.

On the Product Catalog page, you'll now see products grouped by listing type (Listed, Unlisted, Closed) for a clearer overview.

Plus the right sidebar on the Catalog page now shows your Product Facets (aka Categories) so you can edit them right there.

You can now star and unstar labels, just like you can with products, lists, and other objects. Starred labels show by default, so you can retire labels you're no longer actively using without deleting them.

When viewing a Label's objects, you now get a full table view with sorting, filtering, and now also search.

Quickly find any labeled object by name — no more scrolling through cards to find what you're looking for.

A card view is also available if you prefer the visual layout.

You can now upload a welcome video to your bot — it'll show up on the chat open screen before your visitor sends their first message. Perfect for a short intro explaining what the bot is for and how to use it. Set it under the new "Welcome media" section when editing your bot.

Fix error when scheduling a broadcast without a scheduled time

The new product setting UI now uses the full width of the screen, so forms, and previews are bigger and easier to work with—especially on large screens.
