Once a broadcast begins sending, it now moves out of the Queued tab and into Waiting for delivery. The Queued tab stays reserved for broadcasts that are still scheduled and haven't started yet, so each tab's count reflects what's really happening.

You can now schedule a forum post from your site's forum — the same composer where you can tag **@everyone** and drop images and video inline.

If you're an admin and your personal AI allowance or credits run out, Coach will now correctly draw from your account's AI credit balance — the same fallback that already works inside admin. You should no longer see "Insufficient balance" on Coach while your account still has credits left.
Check your balance under AI usage, then keep chatting at Coach.
On a Choice menu with several options, changing the Then… dropdown (redirect, custom message, or another menu) on one option no longer flips the fields on the other options. Each option card keeps its own result settings while you edit.
Open any choice menu from Choice menus, expand two options with different Then… types, and switch one dropdown — the other…
Some pages — especially ones built with HTML or AI — could leave the page builder stuck on a loading spinner even after the preview was ready. Opening those pages in the builder should work again.
Open any page from Sites → open a page → Edit with page builder to try it.
If you run Meta ads with the Pixel and Conversions API, purchase conversions should match your real order count. We fixed a case where the thank-you page could send the same Purchase event twice (same order id, slightly different details), which made Meta count some purchases twice and flag deduplication.
You don’t need to change anything. After this ships,…
When you clicked New List (or other short name prompts in admin), the name box could close before you typed anything. It now stays open until you submit or cancel.
Try it from Lists → New List.
On a deal that came from a survey, the deal details panel could still send you to the blank survey form when you clicked the survey name.
The panel now highlights the survey response as the main link, so one click takes you to what was submitted.
Try it from Pipelines → open a deal linked to a survey → click the survey response name in the side panel.
When someone browses your membership site’s events list on a custom domain, clicking an event no longer jumps to *.simplero.com. Public event, occurrence, and registration links now use the same site host (including your custom domain).
No setup needed if the event is already listed on the site — open Events, list an event on a site with a custom domain, then visit that site’s /events page and open an event to confirm the URL stays on your domain.
If a scheduling link has Limit total times a contact can book and a Redirect to URL when limit is reached, contacts who hit that limit are sent to your redirect URL. That used to fail with a “refused to connect” error when the scheduling link was embedded on a page (for example via the page builder). The parent page now navigates to your redirect URL as expected.
Configure the limit and optional redirect under any scheduling link’s settings.
Your bots and AI chats now match the language of your latest message more reliably — especially with models like DeepSeek that could previously switch into Chinese mid-conversation. If you write in English, the reply stays in English.
Try any bot conversation (or Coach) with your usual model; no settings change needed.
When someone chats with your bot through the HelpDesk widget, those conversations now appear in the bot’s conversation history (and on the site’s AI conversations list when the help desk is linked to a site). Tickets the bot creates with CreateTicket also link back to the original chat, so you can see what was said before the ticket.
Open a bot from Bots → Conversations, or check a ticket’s Source conversation link in the sidebar.
Customers with more than one product in the cart could see an "Invalid payment amount" error when using Split payment with Stripe — even when the amount they entered was less than or equal to what they still owed. That blocked legitimate installment payments on multi-item checkouts.
Enable split payments under Products → open a product → Order Form → Allow split payments. No screenshot: the fix removes a false error on member checkout; the admin setting UI is unchanged.
If a contact updated their card on a subscription and verification failed, they sometimes got a payment-failed / renewal-due email — even when nothing was owed yet (for example, renewal still weeks away).
We only send that payment-failed email when money is actually due. Failed card checks still show in the activity log for you, without alarming the contact.
No action needed on your side. Real charge failures still notify contacts as before.
Attaching a PDF or other file as a Coach source was failing for some people right after a security update on our upload path.
File uploads to Coach sources work again. Try attaching a file the next time you add a source in Coach.
On some course lessons the Transcript tab could vanish after the video or audio started playing, even when a transcript existed — so you had to reload the page to read along.
Open any course lesson with a transcript (from Courses on your site), start playback, and the Transcript tab should stay available for the whole lesson.
If your account is connected to TaxJar, using Adjust collected tax (or issuing a refund/credit) on a purchase used to post a new sale in TaxJar instead of a refund. That could make your tax liability look higher than it should.
We now send those as TaxJar refunds linked to the original order, so tax decreases when you reduce or refund collected tax.
Open a…
If you were already signed in on Simplero Coach and opened Edit profile, Your dashboard, or an Admin dashboard from the avatar menu, you could get sent to the login screen again. That should not happen — you now stay signed in and land where you intended.
Try it: while signed in on Coach, open your avatar menu → Edit profile or Your dashboard.
When you sign in with a one-time login code (or two-factor code) and use iPhone’s Enter code from Mail/Messages, the full six-digit code now fills every box — not just the first one. Same for paste and password-manager autofill.
Try it the next time you’re on the verification step: tap the suggested code from the keyboard, or paste, and the form should fill and continue.
When you create or resize a highlight on a phone, the yellow drag handles sometimes floated away from the highlighted text — especially on multi-paragraph or blockquote selections. Handles now stay glued to the start and end of the highlight while you drag.
Try it in AI Chat or Coach: long-press to highlight, then drag the yellow markers to adjust the range.
