The Simplero Changelog: Here's what we've been up to...

Sometimes you have messages you don’t need to keep around. Now you can delete them.

Fixed an error that could occur during checkout when no purchases were present in the payment flow

When a payment failed (e.g. below Stripe's minimum), you could receive many duplicate "Problem charging a customer" emails in a short time. We now send only one alert per error type per hour, so your inbox stays clean while you still get notified promptly.

Logging in from simplero.com now takes you straight to your admin dashboard. If you manage more than one Simplero account, then it takes you to your Simplero Global Dashboard

Required fields inside a hidden section no longer block submission. When a section is hidden because its conditions aren't met (e.g. you picked "No" on a question), the fields inside it are properly skipped during validation.

If a lesson in one of your playlists gets deleted or set back to draft, it will now appear greyed out in the playlist instead of disappearing silently. This means you'll know something is missing and won't hit a "page not found" error when browsing your playlist.

Deleted items show a Removed badge, and draft items show a Draft badge — both are non-clickable so you're never sent to a broken page.

You can now duplicate a Coaching Program directly from the admin — just open the program's action menu and choose Duplicate. The copy includes all sessions with their settings, so you can use it as a template and tweak from there.

You can now collapse the 'Latest from the Community' sidebar (with upcoming events and community posts) to give your main dashboard more room. Click the sidebar icon next to the heading to hide it, and click it again from the collapsed rail to bring it back. Your choice is remembered, so the sidebar stays the way you left it on your next visit.

You can now duplicate any coupon code directly from the coupon list — just open the action menu and choose Duplicate. The new coupon gets a fresh unique code and copies over all your discount settings, product restrictions, and label rules so you can start from where you left off.

On the membership site join page, if you haven't added join copy and don't have member form fields, the page no longer shows an awkward empty box on the left — the site info box is now centered on its own. Also fixed the course count to only include published or dripped courses, and the singular form ("1 course" instead of "1 courses").

The s. menu on site pages and landing pages now has an 'Analytics' link, so you can jump straight to the page's analytics from the live page.

Conditions that check if a countdown timer is running now correctly ignore countdowns that have already ended, so only currently running timers will match (previously it treated the 'running' condition as 'started').

When a customer paid via QuickPay with an auto-fee (e.g. a Visa or Mastercard surcharge), the fee amount was being incorrectly counted as part of the product payment — making the purchase appear overpaid by the fee amount. This is now fixed: the fee is recorded separately and the purchase amount reflects only what the customer paid for the product.

Generated images in the AI chat now open in a full-screen viewer when clicked. Press Esc or click outside the image to close. The Download and Save to account buttons are right there in the viewer too.

When a step inside an AI chat (like generating an image) fails, the tool calls panel now shows a red X and the error message — so you can tell what went wrong and try again, instead of seeing a green check with no explanation.

When you chat with the AI inside a course lesson or a coaching client session, you now get the full set of Coach capabilities — image generation, web search, browser tools, and multi-agent orchestration — just like in the main Simplero Coach interface. Previously these tools were only available in the main Coach chat.

If the AI chat runs into a temporary error and retries, you'll now see a message like "Encountered an error: [reason]. Retrying (attempt 1)" right in the chat — so you know what happened and that it's trying again. Other unexpected errors (like sending an unsupported image) are also shown immediately rather than silently spinning forever.

On tablet-sized screens, the Simplero Coach sidebar now collapses into a slide-out panel instead of staying open alongside the conversation list. This prevents both sidebars from appearing at once on smaller screens.

You can now configure working hours on your help desk and display them to visitors right on the contact button. Enable Show working hours in your help desk settings, set your days and times, and visitors will see the hours automatically converted to their own timezone — no more static 'Mon-Fri 9-5 EDT' copy to maintain.

If you've customized your neutral color palette, the Page Builder's own editing controls (buttons, dropdowns, settings panels) will now always display in their correct default appearance instead of taking on your custom shades.
