The $89/mo entry plan was removed entirely. Basic now starts at $143/mo (annual) or $179/mo (monthly). No alternative offered.
Contact limits — slashed 75%.
Basic plan contacts cut from 10,000 to 2,500. Any creator with a growing list is forced to upgrade or leave. Simplero doesn't cap you this way.
No grandfathering — at all.
Every user — including long-term "Heroes" — got the price hike. Growth went from $159 to $199/mo. Pro from $319 to $399/mo. A Change.org petition followed.
