Create basic events in Simplero

Basic events have a title, description, image, URL, start & end time.
You can share links to these events to any of your customers by using the link builder (for ex. while writing a broadcast, click the link icon, scroll down, select Upcoming events & then select your event). Your customers can visit this link to add your events to their calendars! To create a basic event, just visit the newly launched Events page under Content > Events and click 'Create a basic event'.
P.S: As the name implies, they really are basic events right now ;) You won't be able to add triggers on them or view participants for these events just yet.

The play button on animated frames for videos is no longer pulse-y. This fix is only for new frames creating going forward.

Forum categories will now show an indicator when there are new posts.

You can now mark forum categories as archived. An archived forum category won't get new posts and won't appear in your forum, but any posts already in the category are still searchable and directly accessible.

Just about anything you've made in Simplero you can package together as a done-for-you template to share (or just for your own convenience). It's still experimental but too useful to keep to ourselves. Here's a 3 minute video introduction

Private groups on membership sites

Use internal name for lists and products in Segments and Broadcast recipients

Added more columns, a separate view, and some filters to the Administrators table, to make it easier to see and manage your settings, particularly who can be assigned tickets, and who shows up in the support tickets widget. Also sort admins in the support ticket widget by last login, so the people who are most likely to be online show first.

Create ticket on behalf of contact

If you use tickets with your customers, you can now find "Create ticket on behalf of contact" in the [...] menu on the tickets page. This function has been available for a while, but the old button was too easy to mistake for opening a Simplero support ticket.

Fixed a bug where duplicating products would sometimes not properly duplicate their landing pages to the new product.

We've fixed an issue with affiliate tracking for subscriptions when the form submitted to a different domain.

Google had a major outage this week which caused thousands of bounces on mail sent to gmail accounts. We have marked all those contacts as not-bounced, and you should be able to send mail to them normally again.

You can now mute members of your site, preventing them from creating comments or forum posts. This can be useful if your Marketing site has issues with spam or other undesirable user content. You can use this on Membership sites too, but you can completely revoke access there instead.

We've added Activity and Members tabs for your Marketing website if it has members.

Page 'slug', ie the part of the URL that comes after the domain name, is now editable inline in the table

Facebook Pixel Integration

Added a new Tracking page in your Settings, where you can now simply add your Facebook Pixel ID, and we'll handle all the tracking and send all the relevant events for you automagically! No more complicated setup. It Just Works!
