WHAT'S FRESH?
THESE ARE THE RECENT CHANGES TO SIMPLERO
Show number of comments in the table showing your Courses
Only include invoices in the Invoices API, and always order by invoice number descending, most recent first
When searching in a table view, always bounce back to page 1 so you see the results of your search.
Let you edit the course catalog settings on creation (thanks, Anne Bente)
Simplero Labs 'Automate menu': Restructures your top-level menu to have a separate menu for automation features.
Moved the Email for automations menu item out of the main top navigation to a button on the Automations screen. It's too rarely used a feature to have it be up in the top nav.
Moved the Membership levels menu item out of the main top navigation to a button on the Products screen. It's too rarely used a feature to have it be up in the top nav.
We’re in the process of moving all of the various images that you can add in different places over to using the Media Library, so you have all of your images and media in one place, and you can use the powerful image editor, and more.
As the latest installment in that project, the account favicon has now been moved to the media library.
That also means you’ll find the existing favicon moved to the media library.
Sort pages by page title when showing options for choosing what to use as home page for your site.
A link to a course module will now show the course overview, scrolled to the module in question, rather than the first lesson in the course. This way people can see the description/intro text for the module, and they can choose to go to the lesson if they want. Also, if you still want to link to the first lesson, you can just link directly to that lesson.
Fix Google Search warning(invalid object type for field author) on 'full width testimonial' section
Added a margin at the top of an anchor if the site header is sticky.
Remove settablebyusers on feature flags
The Event section: 'Only show events in the duration I specify', now shows the list of events right away.
Advanced quiz features on web and mobile
- Set a minimum passing score so you can make sure your students have learned the material sufficiently
- Add an explanation for the correct answer so your students have a chance to learn from their mistakes
- Set a time limit on the quiz so your students can't take forever to complete it
- Prevent students from accessing the course content while answering a quiz, so you can test whether they actually internalized the information
- See each individual quiz response so you can see exactly what each student answered
We hope these new features allow you to take your students and your business to new heights.
You can now choose the account logos from the media library. Also, you will find the existing logos moved to the media library.
Don't use internal name in the replies to emails. Just say 'your email'. Thanks, Maddi!
Allow Shortlink path to be a full 255 characters (thanks, George!)
When Simplero Labs feature 'Show where a media file is used' is enabled, we now correctly include media used in course and module descriptions and lesson text.
Fix anchor link to comments on course lessons
Renamed 'Show x more comments' to 'Show x more replies' for replies because we use the same text to show more comments and more replies which makes it confusing
Added 'Text, media, and text' section on page builder, it is one of variations of text and media combined.
Added Contact LTV column to the Purchases table
Remove the page param when click the 'x unstarred' link at the bottom of the page
Decided to remove the city on the Agreements completely. It's unreliable, and AFAIK city is not important for agreements to be or feel binding. We're all about simplicity around here, and this is definitely simpler.
You can now star/unstar landing pages and sites, helping to keep your admin experience organized.
Removed dead 'Sold out' and similar buttons in catalog. Replacing with just the text for now. We're in the process of getting the catalog redesigned, so don't want to do too much right now. Within a couple weeks it should all be spiffy and beautiful.
Only show active list subscriptions on the manage subscriptions page. Feature request from your beloved members.
Simplified the process of creating a forum post from admin
Added Macros to the ticket system, so your agents can respond more easily by having pieces pre-made. Only available in the new ProseMirror editor, which must be enabled with a feature flag in Simplero Labs for this to work.
Only include approved affiliates in the login email (hat tip George Kao... keep the great ideas coming, bud!)
Added list name to the beginning of the subject line on emails notifying about new subscribers (thanks, George!)
Added Created at to Site Redirects table (thanks, George!)
You can now edit the name of an already delivered broadcast right from the table overview (thanks, George!)
Want to set your course up to drip automatically, so a module drops each week, for example? Well, now you can do that by simply setting the module’s publish status to “Dripped” and choosing when to release it. Go try it now
We've updated the product catalog page and added new placeholders for when you didn't provide an product image.
Show number of reactions and comments in admin course view
Simplified the pricing screen a bit.
Built-in text on sites will now display in the language you defined for the site, if available.
You can now add conditions to target affiliates who have sold any products, optionally with a date filter (e.g in the last month, or before 21st June, etc.)
You can now change the assignee on support tickets to be "Unassigned".
You can now set up your membership level to apply at the end of the current period. Learn more about Membership Levels here.
Show the module's color in the admin view, so you can see what you're doing with them colors.
Buttons are now way more customizable, with the ability to set width, size, and border radius!
Fixed a bug where e-mail preheader was visible in the actual email content if you were using the 'Simple' email template.
Move 'View in your browser' link to the footer on the 'Simple' email template.
In the link picker drop-down, you can now choose to link directly to specific modules and lessons in a course, rather than just the course overview itself. Thanks for the suggestion, Anne Bente!
Show country for affiliate in detail view and available as a column in the list view.
Cleaned up the Recipients column in the Email broadcasts table to make it easier on the eyes and faster to read.
