After a contact reports an email as spam through our system (as opposed to through their email provider), we now show a nice page, and also remind them that they can turn on Do Not Contact to avoid any emails from this sender in the future.

Warn on the Product Thank You Page if the customer has their Do Not Contact setting turned on, and offer to turn it off again.

Show who last edited a Broadcast or Email for Automation. Makes it easier to figure out who on the team to talk to as the team grows bigger.

Filter buyers and non-buyers

Now, whenever you select segments of contacts, you can now separate buyers from non-buyers. Select any group of contacts, then add a Condition where you choose either 'Purchased any product' for buyers, or 'Not purchased any product' for non-buyers. Easy peasy.

Remember, you can always see your buyers and non-buyers on the main Contacts screen. Click 'Customers' to see buyers, and 'Leads' to see only non-buyers.

In forums on membership sites, when the post is truncated, there's now a 'Read more' link, which expands the post in-place, making it easier to read the whole thing (This one's for Ryan -CCo)

You know that search box at the top of this screen? Now it searches relevant help guides, too.

Setup reminders when creating a newsletter schedule or from the Settings tab of your existing newsletter schedule.

Site redirects now preserve the query string from the original request. (You probably don't need this, but it can be helpful in some advanced tracking scenarios.)

You can now configure your newsletters to have a biweekly schedule.

Ireland has reduced its VAT rate from 23% to 21% until March 2021. If you were using the default Irish VAT rate, we've updated you to the new rate.

Keep your customer contacts in one place: You can now create support tickets on behalf of your customer from the tickets dashboard or the customer's contact record.

Sorting tables by calculated columns should now be a bit quicker.

We've added a new action for automations, triggers, and bulk actions: setting a custom Date or Date & time field to the current time.

Simplero ❤️ you

When offering coaching programs, consulting engagements, or other high end offers, it’s common to have either an application process, or some other milestone that needs to be met in order to trigger an additional payment. We have now made it possible to model that within Simplero. You simply add another installment, and instead of selecting “after a while” or “at a specific date”, you say that it’ll be charged at “a milestone”. You get to specify what that milestone is (“upon approval”, “after delivering the first draft”, etc. The order form will show the correct billing structure, and when the milestone has been hit, you simply go to the Purchase screen and tell Simplero to collect that additional installment now.

Here is an improvement to the forum post trigger released last week. You can now select a forum category when setting the tigger, and it will fire for that specific category you've selected.

Would you like to keep track of members' activity on your site? You can do that now with these new triggers called 'A new member joins', 'A member uploads a profile photo' and 'A member creates a forum post'. You can set them on a membership site and they are available for adding in the 'Triggers' section of the settings page and when adding a starting trigger to an existing automation.

You can now directly add a page to your site while previewing it by clicking on the simplero admin bar at the top left.

Bounced emails will no longer cause the contact to be set to Do Not Contact. The fact that the contact's email bounces will be stored and can be reset separately from their Do Not Contact preference.

Ever tried to comment on a forum post, but the thread was so long your finger got a cramp from swiping all the way to the bottom? No more! We now collapse older comments in forums, blogs, and courses when you're viewing on phone or tablet.

We made search results better-organized and easier on the eyes. Check it out using the search box in the top-right.

Totals are now calculated on all the filtered rows while viewing a table instead of only the rows in the current page.

There's now a new trigger you can set in the 'Content' tab on a product. It's called 'Purchase: Abandoned for 30+ minutes' and it fires around 30minutes after a purchase is abandoned.
