WHAT'S FRESH?
THESE ARE THE RECENT CHANGES TO SIMPLERO
We've added Easy Pay Direct as a payment processor. Available on the Skyrocket plan.
We have added TikTok to the list of social media platforms can be used to reference you on the site.
Trigger when member hasn't logged in to Membership Site
You can now add a trigger for "A member has not logged in" on the Membership Site, with a custom duration, so you can set a Task to reach out, or send an automated email, to get them to come back and engage with your content.
You can use this to start an Automation, or just add it as a Trigger directly on the Membership Site.
We've updated the way landing page views are counted in an effort to reduce inflated numbers due to bots.
You can now set the max file size for your users' attachments on forums and comments on sites, from your account settings. Thanks Pompa family!
We'll now insert a home link automatically on the site sidebar in the mobile app (if your site doesn't have one already). Thank's Merete.
Fixed a bug where we showed disabled administrator as active members on the site members table view.
Show the Note Kind in a tooltip over the icon in the Notes table
Duplicating a worksheet will now also copy all appropriate settings that weren't being copied before. (e.g settings in the 'After submissions', 'Advanced tracking' sections & a few more). Thanks George!
You can now get directly to editing main navigation for your Sites through the little S. builder menu in the top-left corner when visiting your site.
We'll now also automatically send advanced matching data like name/email/phone/address of the current contact (if we have it) when tracking Facebook Pixel events from the web. Before we only sent this data through the Facebook Conversion API (assuming you had it enabled).
We've added a way to stop third-party code from slowing down your pages. This feature is in beta; enable “Stop third-party code slowdowns” in Simplero Labs.
Settings for Facebook Pixels have been consolidated to the Integrations page of your account settings.
We updated the dropdowns (used for example on admin headers) to be able to handle large amounts of items correctly.
We've added a TikTok integration to make it easy to add TikTok Pixel to your sites.
We've improved our Facebook Conversions API integration to send more data when available. We'll now additionally send: fbp
, fbc
, zip_code
, city
, state
.
When a payment processor appears as multiple options to contacts (e.g. credit cards and iDEAL for Stripe), you can now set a different label to display for the subtypes.
Fixed a bug where searching in the stock photos tab in the media dialog would only show a few results. Thanks, Elena.
Added manual classification number to both Products and Receipts tables
Clicking on an event in the 'Events calendar' section will now open the event page in a new tab
You can now easily set a course to prevent or allow downloads from the courses table
When on ‘Settings‘ -> ‘Change your URL‘ page and domains already exist, after adding a domain, it will open the "points to" dropdown for the new item in the list rather than the first item in the list as it did before.
Added truncation of breadcrumbs at admin side when they are edited
Left-side navigation of the sites
Removed scrolling of folders
Fixed indents for folders and simple links
Zoom Integration: If you choose to 'Remove integration along with any associated data', we now remove the associated data right away, and not after a few days.
Fixed a bug where you weren't able to see the 'Insert link' or 'Insert media' modal when opened from a WYSIWYG editor that's also inside a modal (e.g when adding a trigger that sends an email, where it has a WYSIWYG for the email body).
Fixed a bug where you (and your customers) weren't able to enable two factor authentication.
Increased Storage
For storage, we will now only count the file you actually upload. The additional versions that we create in order to serve your videos fast to viewers all over the world, are now free to you, even though we're still paying for the storage for them.
I know this has been a point of contention for some, so I thought I'd make it easy and just not count those when talk calculate how much storage you're using.
In other words, your storage quota now gives you ever more room than before.
Excluded invalid links ('Unsubscribe from all lists', 'Confirm as engaged contact') from the URL Picker on the Page Builder. Those links don’t make sense on a landing page.
Fixed an issue with affiliate custom links not being tracked when the link takes you to a landing page
Fixed an issue with duplicating/moving a course lesson or module to another course
Fixed anchor links in site left-side navigation not jumping to the proper anchored section.
A new content type has been added to the course lesson - worksheet. You can now choose any existing worksheet to be displayed on the course lesson.
The tax received and gross amount received columns will also be downloaded when downloading the purchases data.
Fixed an issue with forum post emails not being sent to the mentioned members.
Fixed the issue with self liquidating sections not working.
We have removed the completed split tests from the landing pages table and moved them inside a landing page ... menu.
Fixed an issue with events - when added to Google calendar, UTC time zone events were not converted in user's timezone correctly.
Fixed bug with multiline editing text in tables
Fixed that the search button wasn’t showing on mobile when using left side navigation.
Fixed that the reactions count displayed on course lessons was off.
Fixed an error page when creating a split test on certain landing pages.
Fixed a bug with issuing credits by an automation step.
Fixed that the URL to redirect to field was always displayed on product sales page settings, even when it weren’t relevant. It only has effect when set to external sales page.
Deleted custom fields will not show up on the Contact page anymore. Thanks Anja for reporting!
When you create a new signup form / landing page from your list, we’ll now make sure to associate that form/page with the list, as you’d expect.
New membership sites will have left side navigation by default
New membership sites now default to left navigation, which is more appropriate for a membership site context, where top navigation is more relevant to a traditional website.
Left side navigation also mimics the upcoming changes to the mobile app, which will soon support all the same features membership sites do, and will have navigation on the left.
You can change between left/top navigation by going to Theme and clicking to Customize theme.
You may want to first duplicate the theme and select your new duplicated theme as the theme for the site, as a theme can be shared across multiple sites, so if you’re not careful, you might end up changing this for multiple sites at the same time.
Fixed subscribing members of a segment to a list.
You can now start an automation on members of a segment.
Fixed display of the admin dropdown in embedded landing page previews.
