WHAT'S FRESH?
THESE ARE THE RECENT CHANGES TO SIMPLERO
Reordering Round-Robin Scheduling Links
You can now reorder the links in a Round-Robin type Scheduling Link.
This means that you can now control the priority (order) of the child links' availabilities.
Optimized some random slow-loading pages due to caches getting maxed out, plus improvements on site members admin page, and purchases page.
We'll now default to searching just within the current course when you use the search field in the new Community experience while you're viewing a Course or Lesson.
Cancel the cancel button ... don't have a button to cancel posting a comment, or a new post. Too easy to hit it and risk loosing everything you just wrote. If you want to back out, there are other ways. Thanks for the tip. George!
We've added a new privacy option
You can now hide your profile across all sites, preventing anyone from visiting your profile or mentioning you. To enable this feature, simply edit your profile and find the new 'Hide profile' option under the privacy section. We are also working on adding more granular settings to allow customization of visibility for each site or group. Stay tuned!
Improvements to Scheduling Links
- Avoid showing the notice that we're jumping to the next available date on a scheduling link if it's the same month, and we're on mobile, since the week view isn't shown on mobile anyway.
- Also avoid it showing up twice when we redirect to log you in, because you're already logged in on the main domain.
- Fixed that you couldn't pick the same date twice on mobile booking flow with a Scheduling link.
- Make mobile Scheduling link booking flow step two full height and have no border. Cleaner. Simpler.
- Make the right side of scheduling link have a minimum height on desktop, so even if you're on a small screen it's still usable. Plus a bunch of other small improvements to the white-space and layout of Scheduling links.
- Made the Scheduling link week view heade more compact and less cluttered when scheduling.
When @everyone is mentioned in a site's post or comment, the notification will indicate that everyone was mentioned, rather than stating that you were mentioned in a comment.
Subscription prices with more than one period will now also show in the volume discount info box in the order form, when they have volume discounts (ie. there’s another price, with minimum quantity, that replaces another price).
Buttons in Page Builder 2.0 will now indicate if they are invalid, depending on the button action. For example, if you configure a button to open a popup but the popup is blank.
We fixed a misleading 'failure notification' that was being shown when paying for an upsell using Quickpay payment processor. Now we send the user to a screen informing the payment is in process.
The new page builder now has viewport option for using the full browser window, as well as one for desktop mode, which is hardcoded to 1450px wide.
Nicer display of the type of objects an Automation can have in the header.
The new Community experience search (which is so not done yet … still rendering the old-style search results) will now at least remember your current search query in the search field.
Course Lesson View History on the New Community Experience
We just added a new page on the new Community experience where your members can easily see the 20 Course lessons they’ve watched most recently.
Super helpful for quickly getting back to where you left off, and find where you saw something that you wanted to see again.
Fixed that last Automation Flow info in the Automation header could break if a Contact name was too long. Now we truncate.
Clarified that 'Live' for Automaitons means whether they accept new Flows or not. Existing Flows will continue to run.
Simplified the Pages table a bit, and added an updated at column.
Added UTM params and referrer to the new subscription notification email
Show the Referrer column for Opt-ins, Subscriptions, Views, and Survey responses better: Truncate, and allow copy-to-clipboard. Also add Referrer to the new Tracking view for List Subscriptions.
Show UTM params consistently across all tables: Truncate, show full in tooltip, allow copy-to-clipboard, and editing, in case it got set wrong the first time (maybe you had a typo in your link).
Added contact name, and two new tabs (Uniques, Repeats) to the table showing views for Pages, Landing pages, Blog posts, Funnel steps, and more.
Add Contact since (absolute and relative) to Opt-ins, Views, and Survey Responses tables.
Show replied stats on emails in Automations right there on the Automation Steps, so you can at a glasnce see how many people replied to each email.
Tightened up the blog posts table
Simplified the blog post editing page.
Fix blog post tweet, account terms in Denmark, and dripped content, to work on all WYWIWYG editors.
Fixed lessons and modules count on course page on the new experience. This lives on the Couse Includes widget. It only affected non logged in users when the module/lesson was dripped but with preview enabled.
The new manual Goto action on flows would also impact completed or paused flows, but it wouldn't actually restart or resume them. Now it just leaves those alone.
Fixed a bug where course lesson quiz on the mobile app couldn't be marked as completed and prevented navigation if the course required completion.
We've fixed the sorting of contact fields on the subscriptions table.
If your account has a GTM integration, the GTM tracking code will now automatically be included on the order forms.
Added options to add event to Outlook and Office365 calendars on the event page. Valid for both regular events and scheduling link ones.
When duplicating an Automation Step that sends an email, and that email has an Internal name different from the subject, that internal name would get lost in the duplicate. Same with Reply-to. Both have been fixed now.
New manual Goto action for Automation Flows
You can now manually move an active Automation Flow to a different step in the automation. This lets you manually go back and redo certain steps that need to be done now.
Scheduling links duration now have increments of 30 minutes, so you can have calls that are scheduled for 2 hours and 30 minutes, for example.
Improved the performance of the Purchases page and, specially, the Purchases Forecast page which was not usable for account with thousands of purchases.
Tightened up the changelog display to make it a bit simpler and easier to read. Also tweaking the order so you also see the most recent ones first.
Automatically show Funnel Custom Fields on the Opt-Ins tab
When you’re creating a Funnel that’s using Custom Fields on any of the Forms, we’ll now automatically show those Custom Fields on the Opt-Ins on the Opt-Ins Tab.
That way you can quickly and easily see all the relevant info on all your new Opt-Ins, making effective personalized Funnels so much simpler to create.
Show dropdown options for custom fields with their actual values, not just an interanl ID number. And make it more compact.
Making it simpler to do conditions on custom fields in funnels, eg. a qualification question in a dropdown.
These custom fields now show up near the top of list of possible conditions when you add a condition to a Conditional Split in your Funnel.
Fixed a bug where creating a List when picking a list to use with the new Page Builder would show an error, but actually succeed.
E.g. when picking a List to Opt-in to from the Button element.
It would show an alert asking you to try again, but after you dismissed the alert, the list would be successfully created.
We have significantly improved the transcript summaries. We now ask Chat GPT to analyze and rewrite the summaries to be more like chapter titles. This results in more concise and helpful summaries that are better suited as auto-generated bookmarks.
Show the 'Create object' label in the object picker even for objects that only have a title/name.
Fixed a bug where Name & Email fields on Builder 2.0 with the label style set to 'Floating' would not actually use the 'Floating' style, but instead another style where the label would just be the placeholder of the input.
Email templates without the filler footer copy
Add a setting to Email Designs to not include the email footer filler content for open rate optimization. This is helpful when writing SPAER emails ... Short, Personal, Expecting A Reply. We want them to look as personal as possible.
When uploading files, we now show more of the filename before truncating (60 characters instead of 30), and we no longer convert spaces into pesky hyphens. Small win, but small wins count, too.
Fixed editor text overflow when creating or editing an entry on some community pages on mobile.
If your UTM parameter is long, you can now copy the whole thing to the clipboard from your List Subscriptions table.
Allowed editing of UTM params on Subscriptions to a List, in case you didn't set them right the first time. You can now edit them straight from the subscriptions table. Note that there's no undo or log of these changes, so be careful.
Added a new tab 'Tracking' for Subscriptions, that shows affiliate + all UTM params + the 'track' parameter, so you can quickly and easily see where people are signing up from.
