We are loving our time with all of you at Office Hours! It has been great meet you all Face to Face and share the ins and outs of Simplero and helping you make the most of your business. We love the positive feedback we are getting from these sessions! If you have thoughts to share, we would love to hear from you.  So just hit the reply button and drop us a note to tell us what you think about our Q&A Times!  For those of you new to Simplero and not familiar with what I am talking about, Office Hours is face to face time with us! It is a time for us to answer the questions you may have about your account, using Simplero in general or specifics. These office hours are free and they're designed to be heavy on the Q&A - we want to get you the answers you need to get into action with your Simplero account. Missed it this week? No problem! New Features in Simplero

We've recently received a lot of feedback that the page for your contacts to manage their subscriptions seems cluttered or downright confusing to some of your contacts. We've made a number of changes to this page, but we've honestly not been super happy with it thus far, echoing some of your frustrations. This week, however, we think we've gotten a lot closer to what it needs to be with the next iteration that's now live on all accounts:

Instead of a soup of links and buttons to give your contacts the choice to unsubscribe from everything or – the nuclear option – never be contacted by you again, it's now a simple, clear layout presenting the three options. You'll also notice that the design is a lot more compact than previously, which we hope will help everyone get a better overview of their subscriptions. We hope this little update will help alleviate some of the usability issues you've been reporting – why don't you let us know what you think?
