Selling a Downloadable Product and Ridding Duplicate Automation Flows

Here at Simplero we want support you and help you create a successful business. That goes beyond just creating a really great platform for you to sell your content and engage with your audience – we also want to inspire you with ideas on how to plan and run your business as well.

Today, we wanna share a quick guide on a very common scenario in a content sales funnel: selling a simple, downloadable product. When it comes to giving free content to create a lead magnet, what is the best way to do that? E-books, PDFs, MP3s, and videos all make great opt-in give-aways to encourage people to join your list, but giving away all your content for free is not a sustainable business model, if you are looking to make any money (read more about that here!) So, rather than giving all your hard work away for free, why not consider giving a preview or small piece of that work away as an opt-in but then upselling those people on an e-product? The complex part in that might seem to be actually selling that product, but with Simplero, it's super easy. Read our quick guide on selling a downloadable product!

New Features in Simplero

This week once again sees a few new updates to Simplero. First off, you can now stop duplicate flows for an automation, if you've somehow wound up with multiple flows for the same contact unintentionally and don't want to do all the work manually (really, who does?) Go to any automation and click the number in the right hand sidebar showing the number of Active flows to see a list of all the flows currently active in the automation. If any of them are duplicates, you'll have the option to click the Stop duplicates flows button in the upper right hand corner.

In addition to this, you can now finally easily perform bulk actions for membership sites on your contacts, just like you're used to for your old spaces. Simply select one or more contacts in the list of contacts, and in the Select action... dropdown you can now give access to a membership site or content on a membership site with a few simple clicks, the same way that you can for triggers.
