Love and accept all of you.

Not for your achievements and accomplishments, though that’s cool, too.
But just for existing.
For the uniqueness of your being.
There’s no one like you, in all of the universe, in all of history.
That’s magical!
And then choose to build yourself up, not because you're wrong, but because you're right.
Because you're worth it.
Because you're lovable.
Love is all around you.
Love is in the air.
Love is in the chair you’re sitting on.
Love is the energy that binds all atoms and molecules together.
Accept the love into your life, and use that as energy to propel you forward.
