What is it?
Why do we need it?
A lot of people think courage means you're not afraid.
It doesn't.
Courage is not the absence of fear.
It's the ability to take effective action in spite of fear.
Courageous people are not less afraid. They feel the fear and act anyway.
I talk a lot about fear because it's really the underlying thing that holds us all back from being fully alive, happy, successful, healthy, and wealthy.
Fear is the thing that stands between you and everything you want and everything you could be.
There's always going to be fear. It's what you do with it that matters.
