Who do you need to become?

As you grow your business, you will have to grow as well.

If you're just starting out with your business, that person who has made their first $10k online is not the same person you are today.

As you grow, the person who has a $50k/year business is not the same person that just hit the $10k milestone.

And on and on it goes.

For every stage of growth, there are steps you have to take.

And then there's the person you have to become.

For me, I've always been a doer. An overachiever.

I'm learning that my job as CEO is no longer to do.

My job is to set and communicate the vision, and then get the right people on the bus to execute that vision.

That's why a huge amount of my time these days is spent on hiring and in meetings.

That's what I have to do in order to grow this company to the next step.

And to do that, I have to become someone who trusts my vision, and trusts that the right people are going to resonate with me and the vision.

And I have to become someone who develops other leaders so they can lead their teams of people.

I have to become someone who's way more structured and disciplined than I've ever been so that I can show up consistently for my team.
