Meet Rachel Archelaus of Intuitive Art Academy

Tell me a little about your business…

The Intuitive Art Academy teaches people how to have a two way conversation with their Higher Selves. We assist our students in using their intuition to make better decisions so they can live a life of ease, expression, and wealth. We also certify people in the Archelaus method of Intuitive Art and have Certified Intuitive Artists in 8 countries.

What brought you to Simplero?

I was using 1Shoppingcart and found it to be bulky and counterintuitive. It also didn't have an easy to use affiliate program. I had a membership site set up with Optimize Press and was eager to get all of my needs met with one program. Simplero seemed so intuitive and ticked off all my boxes.

How have you integrated Simplero into your business?

Simplero houses my membership sites, affiliate program, email system, payments, and opt-in pages. I use it for upsells, book preorders, and event signups, too. I love how easy it is to use and create automations with. I also enjoy the feature of sending notifications when certain events occur so my assistant and I can mail out workbooks or welcome someone to the team with a phone call.

How has Simplero benefited your Business?

Simplero has benefited my business by helping me automate my emails, sales, and course drips. After switching to Simplero a year ago I've been on two three week vacations and my business continued to run seamlessly because of Simplero's features. I love seeing the amount of future installments right on the dashboard, too.

What's something you've learned in business you'd wish someone had told you when you were starting out?

My business has shape-shifted several times before it landed where it is now. I don't see enough people talking about pivoting and course correcting. More on those topics would have helped my confidence in the early days.

What's a fun fact about you that someone would never guess?

I was the third fastest girl in Connecticut when I was 11 (and I had purple hair then, too).

A prolific creative herself, she edited No Fresh Cut Flowers: An Afterlife Anthology, created Color Your Aura: an Aura & Chakra Coloring Book for Young Children and has hundreds of helpful articles and videos on her blog sephyrus.com and at Tiny Buddha, Mind Body Green, Natural Awakenings, and more.

 

Having grown up seeing angels and talking with her spirit guides, Rachel has always known that there is more to this world than what meets the eye. She is a nature enthusiast and loves hiking, solo camping, and is excited to tour the country in Gertie, a ’91 Ford camper van.
