What we all want...

I was watching some clips from last night's comedy shows on YouTube this morning, when I came across the story about Trump bringing out a fresh map of the electoral college win in the middle of a conversation with journalists about the Chinese president. That's when in dawned on me: The guy just wants to be loved!

And you know what? I can empathize with that. Isn't that true for all of us? At the end of the day, we just want to feel that sense of wholeness that comes from feeling safe and loved.

We may try to seek that feeling through relationship, business success, audience, sex, or winning the presidential election, but really, what we all want is to feel loved, to feel whole, complete.

But here's the thing: You can have that right now, because the only thing that can ever give you that feeling in a way that sticks, is yourself. That's it.

As the Donald is finding out, when it comes from the outside, it just doesn't stick. Sorry, mate. There's nothing you can do about that.

So I invite you to take inventory of your life right now and ask yourself, what are you currently doing to try and get that feeling of love and completeness through outside means? Is it your business? Your partner? Your kids? Your car? Through food, alcohol, or drugs?

Nothing wrong with this at all. We all do it. Without exception.

But it will continue to cause suffering until you realize the age-old truth that you are what you've been seeking all along.

I've got your back. Know that you truly are loved. We're all so beautiful, so innocent, once you take a closer look.

Lots of love,
—Calvin

Did You Know You Could Do This?

Do you have commenting turned on, on your pages but only want it viewable by the class that is commenting and not future or past classes? We have a great solution for you to be able to use the same space for each class without the overlap of commenting. When you duplicate the content pages and place them in the same space, the content will be duplicated without any previous commenting made by users. You can make each set of  pages viewable only to the appropriate products, or auto-publish them to only the new class.

New Features in Simplero

This week we've added a feature to all emails in Simplero, that will potentially have a great effect on your open rates: preheaders. A preheader is a line of text at the very top of your email, which means that it will show up in people's inboxes just below the subject line as the first line of text:

Preheaders are a great opportunity to give a brief summary of what your broadcast, autoresponder or automation email is about, or maybe just to peak people's curiosity. You can start using it in all your emails today by editing the preheader along with the subject line and the body of your emails like you're used to:

Calvin's Random Links from around the Interwebs

Here to help (funny).

This guy was sent to jail by a proprietary software algorithm (not funny).

The middle class in America is fading away (not funny at all).

Wikitribune could be the answer to the problem we have with news currently (hopeful). I believe in it. I'm a supporter.

That's it for this week. Enjoy!
