We've heard you want more face to face time with us and we've pulled together something really exciting for you! These office hours are free and they're designed to be heavy on the Q+A - we want to get you the answers you need to get into action with your Simplero account.

New Features in Simplero
It's once again been a pretty busy week over at the nerdy end of Simplero. First off, we've been working hard polishing off the last little rough edges on the new custom views, and we really appreciate everyone's feedback and input on it. We hope you've fallen as deeply in love with it as we have. Included in this is the addition of a bunch of actions to contacts, purchases, participants, and affiliates tables. All you have to do is to select some rows, and voila:
Among the possible actions you might have also noticed something new: the "Adjust lead score" option. This is a completely new feature in Simplero, which allows you to keep much better track of your potential customers based on a lead score. You can assign a trigger to almost any action to increment or decrement a contact's lead score, and thereby keep a running score of how likely you think they are to become paying customers, and segment and target based on that. Pretty neat, right? Expect a lot more possibilities to come from this in the future.
