Fixed a bug where creating a site with the 'Website' template didn't create a link in the navigation for the home page.

Added a new color setting on the layout footer for link folder headings.

We've added a new layout option for footers in Page Builder 2.0 pages. The new setting changes the footer links to be laid out horizontally and it works best if you're using folders to group the links
