Can I leave once I've got my Certification badge?
Yes. Your badge is date-stamped and valid for 12 months. You'll need to remain a member, though, for Simplero to refer work to you and display your bio on our website as a Certified Expert. Rejoin any time to update your badge, stay ahead with new features, and keep access to all training and support.

I already know how to use Simplero — should I join?

Yes, if you want to learn how to use the fast-growing all-in-one platform that is Simplero. We'll teach you the platform the exact same way we train new Simplero staff. If learning Simplero isn't your goal, we'd recommend other OBM programs that aren't Simplero-based.
Can I catch replays? My time zone makes live calls awkward.
Definitely. We have two call times we try to stick to so as many time zones as possible can join live. Some members join us at all hours, others prefer replays and chat-room discussion. We have members from Australia to California.
