Do Concierge Hours expire?
Yes — Hours expire after 6 months. But don’t worry: if you show up, we’ll make sure you’re moving forward long before then.
How do I know how many Hours I have left?
Your Simplero dashboard keeps track for you. You’ll always see your remaining balance plus a breakdown of how your time was spent under the “Your Concierge Services” section.
Can Concierge do the work for me?
No but if you want someone to do the work for you, you can hire a Certified Expert! They’re trained by us, so you’ll know they’re good 😉
Can Concierge help me with CSS and liquid code?
Deep custom coding is outside of our scope. But we’ll gladly show you where and how you can add your own CSS or Liquid.
