Do you offer yearly plans?
Yes! By paying annually, you'll receive a 17% discount. Pay for 10 months, get 12 months.
Do I need my own email service, like Sendgrid, Mailgun, etc.?
No. Email delivery is built-in.
Do I need my own video hosting account, like Wistia, YouTube, or Vimeo?
Nope. Video hosting is included.
Can I send text messages?
Yes! On our Scale and Skyrocket plans. Text messages are charged at a rate per segment that varies by country and provider, based on our cost.
What is your billing cycle?
We charge per 30 days, rather than calendar months. So when we say "month" or "year", what we mean specifically is 30 days or 360 days.
Are there any transaction fees?
No. Sell as much as you want, the cost of Simplero is the same. Your credit card processor, however, that's another story.
Can I use my own domain?
Absolutely. Use your own domain with your main website, your membership sites, and your landing pages.

What are "Advanced Payment Features"?
Skyrocket plan members can collect recurring payments automatically via PayPal Subscriptions.
Split payments with NMI, Easypay, and Spreedly offering your members the option to pay the due today amount using multiple cards.
Triggers vs Advanced automations
Triggers, allow you to set up a starting point for an action or event. For example, you can set up a trigger to send out an email when someone signs up to your list.
In Simplero you can also create longer sequences of triggers that run one after the other. We call those Advanced Automations.
How do you count Monthly and Annual exactly?
To make the math simpler, we calculate a month as 30 days, and annual is 12 times that, or 360 days.
That way we avoid the hassle with some months being longer or shorter. You pay for the same, regardless of the idiosyncrasies of the Gregorian calendar.
Do you restrict features with a free trial?
You have access to all the features on trial. The only limit we have is a restriction on sending email to mitigate spammers abusing the platform. We just need to verify that you're a legit sender. Please bear with us. Spammers can be very adept at appearing legit sometimes. We're fighting the good fight for all of us.
How much content can I transcribe using AI?
You can transcribe up to 3,000 minutes per 30 days. Each batch of minutes expires in 90 days. Available on Skyrocket only.
Can I whitelabel Simplero as my own platform?
Not currently, but we might make that possible, so please tell us about your use-case here.
