Do you want someone to do it for you? Simplero staff can become part of your team and create your membership site or set up your sales funnel and product launch. If you are moving to Simplero from a different email or content management system, our Concierge Services are available to transfer your email list, set up your products and website, and more. The help section of our website is chock full of detailed videos and written guides that will teach you how to use the different features of Simplero. We do our very best to provide skilled customer support to Simplero users as quickly as possible. It varies, of course, and we can make no promises, but we hear ‘Thank you for your quick response’ a lot! If you don't find the answers you're looking for in our Help Guides, send us your ‘How do I do’ or ‘It didn’t do what I thought it would do’ questions and we’ll walk you through your next steps. And if there’s a problem, we’ll get it fixed. You can submit a help ticket from within every page of your Simplero Admin Account, so we’re always just one click away.
This option is less about getting answers from Simplero staff and more about sharing ideas, questions and support with other Simplero users. Staff comment in there too, but sometimes what you really need is to see what other people are doing with Simplero or discuss ideas about how best to promote your offering. Do that here!
